Not all builders are craftsmen. Riddington Builders is a registered Master Builder and Licensed Building Practictioner (LBP), giving you confidence that Riddington Builders have been assessed and met all member criteria; including building experience, qualifications, practical management experience, financial responsibility and client satisfaction.

Restricted Building Works
If your work involves ‘restricted building work’ (RBW) you will need a licensed building practitioner – or LBP – to do it. Restricted building work involves the building’s structure, weathertightness, and design of fire safety systems. Because this work is so important, it’s only allowed to be done by licensed building practitioners (LBPs).
Riddington Builders are LBP's and can identify and discuss the Restricted Building Work aspects within the scope of your build, advise time and budget considerations, and complete your project to all required regulations.
